Hi Everyone,

I looking for a transportable, electric hot pot or kettle, in the 40-50 ounce range, that will sustain a high boil for 15 minutes or so. I think many of the "hot pots" won't reach a high boil (just heat water to a high temp), and many of the electric kettles auto-shutdown when they reach a high boil -- but I'm not sure of this.

Any ideas?
