How early did you OLCI? I would think calling reservations at 24 hours to go would allow enough flexibility to deal with a seat change. Also not sure if I'm reading this correctly, but it sounds like a 2P got moves to the back... why? It doesn't matter whether it's paid or award, a 2P has the same rights to E+ (or, currently, exit-row) seating as any other elite. What am I missing here?
