Hi, welcom to the boards. Bradley International terminal has at least one Star Alliance lounge Im aware of, the last time I was there it was operated by the SQ staff. You should be allowed access as a Star Gold. Its nothing impressive, but at least you have a place to sit and get complimentary beverages and snacks.

Ask the check-in staff, they should be able to direct you to the options available.
