10 was an IT screwup where people who chose their benefits quickly in December 2010 were given 10 credits (for choosing what they wanted if they actually bought a flight pass) OR if you passed a threshold (40K?) near the end of 2010, instead of giving you a pair of SWUs with a 6 week expiry, they just gave credits.
