If it is the same as on CI 737s seating, and from the pictures on CI site it looks like it is, it is 1980's era mechanical domestic business style seats, with a lot of wasted space. LOTS of leg room unutilized due to poor recline.

And yes, food in CI also is not what it used to be. In fact, it's almost as bad as DL in BE HNL-ATL/ATL-HNL (the perrenial "chicken or pasta"), and that is really saying something.
