Yes, that is correct. I had the Business Centurion card initially before switching over to the Personal Centurion right before they instituted the $5000 initiation fee. I had both concurrently for couple of years then found out the Business Cent was a waste of $2500 because I was getting the same benefits for both but could only use one or another. In addition, I have NEVER received any gift cards with the Business Cent. I have received $500 from Van Cleef, Harry Winston, Net-a-Porter, Armani, Ferragamo, etc. with my Personal
Cent card.
