The CSR tried to help OP and he accused the CSR of misconduct for doing his job. The lesson for CS is don't bother. Somebody calls and wants two seats together -- send them to the gate and let them by E+ there or sit wherever they are assigned.

Everybody wants a freebie -- so do I. But, I don't vilify those who help me out.
