For this gig I am getting a lump sum to cover my fee plus travel and how much I spend on the latter is up to me. In the end I can give up the flat bed and somewhat nicer food on a short westbound day flight, pay the CDG lounge access charge for PV passengers, and keep an extra $1000 in my pocket.

I've been really interested in the many varied PV assessments on this board... thank you.
