Sorry! I don't understand what is meant here.

BD has been up for sale for some time now. The airline represents untapped value to whichever suitor believes it has a plan to untap the potential. BD losses I understand are systemic of a company that has failed to invest in IT infrastructure and develop a yield management system fit for the 21st Century. This will be game of numbers, projected returns against costs of acquisition.
