I checked in early for a flight, and one of the United racketeers told me I was lucky to get a seat because the plane was oversold. I thanked her profusely for giving me a seat that I paid for months go. She then said "for an additional $99, you can have a seat with more legroom, would you like that? I said "No", since the plane is full, give it to the person who bought that seat". I hate to hear that CO is now starting to run the same racket jobs United is known for.
