Do any of you ever get up from the table after a meal in a non Aman property and forget to sign the check or notice that is was placed on the table? I have finished a meal got up only to have the staff come over to me and say please sign the bill and I have to remind myself that this is how the rest of the world does it.
Some other resorts does it to. Like Escencia, SLH near Cancun. I love it and I wish more hotels would do it.
However there is also thing Aman could do better. Instead of subject to all these charges. Write inclusive of service charge, V.A.T. and everything. It's much better, "subject to" is annoying. - + They should have complimentary minibar in all resorts instead of overcharged drinks.
+ Food in Aman could be much better. It's definately not Michelin or Relais&Chateaux. Besides that it's hard to get it much better.
