Need help to transport a dog from PA to AL

I'm venturing into the mix here, to ask a favor...

I posted this in OMNI, but it was suggested that I post here too. I've heard from one FT'er who might be able to help with at least one leg, if not both, but it's never bad to have backups, right?

I'm helping to transport a dog from PA to AL. The dog was scheduled to be euthanized at an NYC shelter, and was adopted by someone in AL shortly before he was to be euthanized. She had transportation lined up for him twice, but both times it fell through. The dog is currently at a kennel in PA (first transport made it there), so I'm picking him up there tonight, and driving him as far as Fredericksburg, VA tomorrow morning. There are 2 other people taking legs in VA/NC, getting him as far as Greensboro, NC.

The "planned" legs after that still empty are:
1)Greensboro, NC - Charlotte, NC 1 hour 36 minutes 93 miles (pick up in Greensboro about 2:30 PM, arrival in Charlotte about 4 PM)
2)Charlotte, NC to Greenville, SC 1 hour 47 minutes 100 miles (Pick up in Charlotte about 4 PM, arrival in Greenville about 5:50 PM)

I know it's a long-shot, but I was hoping that perhaps someone here might be a dog lover who lives in NC or SC, and who might be willing to help get Koda to his furever home. The legs are tomorrow afternoon to Sunday. As a time reference, Koda will be in Fredericksburg by 9 AM tomorrow morning, so we're looking at him getting to Henderson by probably 1 PM or so.

All meetings are in public places, and there's no crate, just Koda, a collar, leash, and possibly bowls.

Koda is about a 50 pound German Shepherd mix who I'm told is sweet, but I'll know more tonight.

If you are willing and able to help, please email me or PM me and I'll pass along Koda's new owner's info.

While we're all doing this to get Koda home, the only thing I can offer is some karma, and if anyone can help get Koda home and can use them, I'll pony up a $50 UA voucher that expires in November, or some DL Sky Club passes or something. I'll send the voucher or passes with Koda, marked to go to whoever takes a leg, so no waiting on the mail!
