I finally noticed that AS was using some Skywest metal and wondered if those flights credited my Aadvantage accounts like AS and Horizon do. Those work just like OneWorld or native AA. I found a thread here that I interpreted to mean Skywest worked just like AS or Horizon.

Just to double check I asked over at AA and seem to have gotten the opposite answer.
