ParkSFO: Last 3 times I've tried parking there, they've been full. (I don't want to valet or pay for inside parking.)

ParkBAP: Never been full; always covered spaces available underneath the Hilton.

The choice is clear to me.

NB: I mostly do weekend trips so depart on Friday night/Saturday morning. Also, I'm coming from the south, so ParkBAP is closer to me.
