First time in a long time traveling on Continental. Wife and I made to separate reservation so I called and asked to move our seats together cause they wouldn't even allow us to select seats during the process.
You always have the ability to select seats at any time online by logging in to your account and entering the itinerary(ies) You can also call customer service at any time and they will change seats. The only ones you cannot choose would be the elite seats in the front of the cabin or exit rows without paying for them.
What am I missing here?
