More work, same pay = more attitude? Of course if Amtrak can make some more money from post-ticketing sales, perhaps there'd be some better pay prospects in the picture for such employees too.
Glad to hear about the meal service in first class on Acela. How does its quality compare to various airline premium cabin flights with a "full" meal service too?
