I sat in 1A last week and remember that my toes hit the bulkhead wall when the foot rest was all the way up. I'm about 6' tall. I've sat in other non-bulkhead seats on the 767s and didn't have such a problem. So, I agree with Seatguru about the bulkheads on this one. If you're 5' 10" or shorter, it's likely not an issue.
