Earlier in the year they had a cart (with pay food) on a few of the Acelas I took, but since I've upgraded on all the Acela trips I've taken since June, I'm not sure if that's something they're still trialing and/or a normal feature. Perhaps someone who rides more than me could confirm.
But if you're in F, count on a meal. If not, count on needing to pay or bring food on.
Knew that part, thanks. The cart service, which seems to usually be accompanied by a surly attendant, is on selected trains only.
