WOW, what a major PITA.
As usual, most agents were just outright lying to you that "not available."
As this could be completed right away (with the right agent), may be HA is now brought back to 1990s era of IT integration and at least is not 1980s style "longsell" anymore. I was told that HA was going to be brought back out of "longsell" (which is where it was before, and before could be booked online)... though if it doesn't work online, it likely still is not properly fixed.
