That's a pretty good price if it's round-trip.

If you don't mind being creative there's a few ways to maybe save some money (at the expense of time):

- AirAsia has flights from France and London to Kuala Lumpur. From there its a quick jump to Bali for another $100.

- AirDubai has flights from Istanbul to Asia for cheap, say $300 to India. From Asia, you're in AirAsia territory, so hop down to Bali. If you book very far in advance the India/KUL tickets are nearly free.

EDIT: just checked Skyscanner.com and Paris-KUL is $285 on AirAsia for November, tack on another $50-$100 to Bali. That's really cheap!
