At checkin, they will look up and check your stays at SIN, but that is no excuse, but sometimes as in any business, the wrong customer gets the attention.
Drop a note to the GM, express your displeasure, they normally ask that you contact them on your next visit. This is a very busy hotel, most visits I get a 2 room suite in the front tower, one floor up from club.
Thanks BKK do you by any chance have the GM's email? I am actually here right now. To add to my complaints about this hotel, this morning the Mrs. woke up feeling very ill and needed to take some medicine that needed to be taken with food. My first thought was to go upstairs to the RC and since I'm a Diamond I didn't think it would be a big deal if I asked if I could take a small pastry and yogurt down to my room. I was told, flatly, "no that cannot be done". I found this extremely ridiculous because every RC I've been in stateside and also in some other countries have had absolutely no issue with this. In fact, a lot of the other Hyatts I've been to have offered me breakfast in room as a substitute for eating in the club without me even having to ask.

I basically had to haggle with the girl at the podium for two minutes until another guy came over and said it was ok, only to have the girl add "but only for today don't try this again tomorrow".

Seriously it's hard enough that my companion is not feeling well on our vacation, I didn't need the extra attitude nor did I need to be told that they are bending over backwards for me over two small pastries and a small yogurt.
