I'm looking for hotels that are LIKE Aman. Same design, feeling, style, atmosphere = experience. I think that would be most useful.
Castilgion del Bosco is LIKE Aman in design (all suites, each with much privacy and exterior space, in a refurbished medieval village -- it's like Aman Sveti Stafan but in a Tuscan hill town rather than an island in the Adriatic; like Amans, it provides a variety of bespoke experiences and tours, like watching the Palio in Siena from a terrace in a private palazzo overlooking the Campo; like Aman resorts, it is of the place, and has several restaurants that prioritize hearty, delicious food over micro-gourmet hijinks).
Oberoi Zahra is LIKE Aman in design, service, bespoke experiences, size. If Aman ran a cruise ship on the Nile, this would be how they would do it: a small number of cabins, highly individualized service, no buffets, etc.
