I'm a newbie hoping someone knows when is the best time to buy airline tickets for a trip in the Spring to the Caribbean? Also, anyone know if by getting the new Continental card the earned miles can be used immediately.
Desperately trying to save as I haven't had a vacation in over 15 yrs! Appreciate answers from anyone who can help. Thanks.
