Checked in, got the club level upgrade. I was waiting in line and an American (english speaking, didn't sound british or australian) was having a conversation about his platinum not being upgraded and the manager giving some long winded excuse. I was helped by the same guy and didn't bother.
For those wanting to know, Sheraton at CDG is pretty nice (as far as the room). club room had usual amenities, but the bathroom had and individual use razor/cream and toothbrush/paste. Hadn't seen that before.
The club lounge was quite awful. It's small, the mini fridge was empty when I arrived, and the hot food was much to be desired (spring rolls and something). I went back later and the fridge was stocked, but everything was warm. If I did have to say something positive, they have nice computers, the printer worked, and the coffee machine with espresso tasted pretty good. I'll make my final grade based off breakfast tomorrow.
