I was unimpressed by The Arrival. I found the food offerings wanting and IMO the whole place had a bit of a sub-terranean feel, even worse than The Pier. I cannot imagine circumstances in which I would use it again. If you're connecting, you don't really get to it as it's landside. If you're terminating at HKG, just go to your hotel for food/shower/relaxing.
