First and most importantly, THANK YOU for all the time and energy you’re obviously putting into this. Thanks also for putting up with questions (such as mine below) that are silly to some people.

I’m really psyched for this. I expect to achieve LT Plat with AA within the next month and looking forward to saying goodbye to UA (and the MRs I’ve been doing to maintain status). And as Cessna pilot/owner I like almost anything related to planes and flying. I also attend an annual conference at Park City Utah each year at the time of the OWMegaDO so I’ve been sweating the exact dates. Worked out perfectly as I’ll need to be in Park City starting on Sunday afternoon, January 29.

So, more silly newbie questions:

- As per the website, a release will be required but there is little other information about that release. Am I missing additional information about the release? If not, will it be something that can be signed on-line or will hard copy be required? If hard copy, will it be required ahead of time or at the start of the event?

- You previously wrote “The Mega DO is not open for sale till October 9th”. From what I can determine, registration is not yet open. Again, have I missed something? If not, will registration availability be “announced” on this thread? On the website?

- I haven’t found anything regarding hotel room group rates/blocks. Once again, have I missed something?

- Are you able to offer any thoughts as to how quickly this event and plane will fill? Do you think it might happen during the 24 hours exclusive advance registration period for launch party attendees? Think it will happen within a few hours of registration being opened to all? I’m just wondering if I’ll miss out it if I can’t register with a few hours of registration opening.
