I argued with him and the FDA and in the end just left the $3 on my bill. I WILL be sending this thread link to him as well as calling hgp as this needs clear resolution!
Btw-he tried to tell me he came from coconut pointe and it was the same way there. I let him know I have state there many times, and they have a lounge NOT restaurant bfast.
Btw, the server said they do NOT get tips unless I put it on the bill and pay for it. Almost guilted me into it.
Disappointing that 4 months after I asked specifically about Hyatt Dulles breakfast that they still have not changed, that the managers there do not know HGP policies/loyalty benefits, and that they nickel/dime both Diamonds and their wait staff.
