Hyatt dulles this morning the front desk mngr told me REPEATEDLY "I have been with hyatt for 15 years and we do not take care of the tip!"


I argued with him and the FDA and in the end just left the $3 on my bill. I WILL be sending this thread link to him as well as calling hgp as this needs clear resolution!

Btw-he tried to tell me he came from coconut pointe and it was the same way there. I let him know I have stayed there many times, and they have a lounge NOT restaurant bfast. No tip necessary, no bill presented in the lounge as well all know!


Btw, the server said they do NOT get tips unless I put it on the bill and pay for it. Almost guilted me into it.
