I just had a big trouble last week. I dont normally fly Air Asia but the problem seems very strange. I checked in online as I only have hand luggage. I went through security and to the gate to be told I had not checked in. I showed them the boarding pass and the lady told me you still have to go to check in desk to get a stamp put on it. This is a first for me as I fly a lot and nearly always check in online and go straight to the gate. Anyone else heard of this. I had a really job to let them allow me to board as far as they were concerned the flight was now closed. The staff I think were EVA air staff.
