Personally, I would not, because of the time of the day. As it is evening, id want to get to my hotel as soon as possible inorder to settle in, refresh and unpack etc.. You will have an excellent bathroom waiting for you in your hotel room no doubt, so no need to stop at the lounge. It justs extends your trip, only go if you feel so desperate you cant wait! At the same time, if you are not a Hong Kong citizen, at this particular time of night, you may find the immigration lines quite long, and you may not get into the arrivals hall until quite late, and so going straight to the hotel may be preferred after all the waiting.

I think use of the arrival lounge makes most sense for early morning arrivals, as most people have long days etc... + its early in the morning so there is time to kill. It also makes sense if you don't have time to go home/to your hotel as soon as you arrive, so the lounge is your only opportunity to refresh.

But for some, their opinions may be different. Certainly if you feel hungry, there is the chance to grab something to eat... but coming off F I doubt you will be hungry!

You may, however, wish to kill time in the lounge if your shuttle bus does not leave straight away from the time you enter the arrivals hall. If there is a 30 min or more wait, why not relax in the lounge until bus departure!
