It's only labeled BE because of the flight number, as you said, a continuation of an international flight. The actual service is standard, domestic first class, same as you would find an any DTW-SEA flight that is labeled F instead of J.

So basically, what is for lunch in domestic F service, that's what is for lunch. Couldn't say what that is because I usually fly breakfast and dinner times.
