I paid $1,550 for a first class ticket from LAX-CPT, JNB-LAX with a stopover in LHR. It is worth it to me for 21 hours in BA first class each way, to arrive refreshed for our vacation and not waste time recovering from jetlag.

Best use of 241 for me, YMMV
