I was also referring to free bags and Zone 2 boarding. It simply does not matter how DL sees who bought the ticket or how it was paid for, just that you have the card. Buy your ticket on your US MasterCard if you want; you'll still get the DL AmEx benefits if you've got the card and the primary cardholder is flying.
