Hounslow office was good......also the EXP desk in DUB if you could get through. Tend not to use 0844 numbers , so use the phone line 0808 ..... .....which goes straight through to DALLAS EXP desk any time and all excellent so why not simply use that....................(open 24/7 I think too)
