Can ant of you tell me how to find out flying to Europe what routes still have any stopovers.

I am planing a AC/SQ round the World trip and would love to stop in 1-2 countries between Sing. and London, Amsterdam, or Paris. Even other cities like Rome or Athens
would work.

Tried SQ's web site not much help!
