No I was not told about the extra charge when I booked the award nights over the phone. About a week after booking I noticed a 100/night charge on my reservation with no details. I called the Plat line and the agent said that the property charges $50/night per person for any number over 2 and that there was no way around the charge.
Could you share the name of the hotel? I just want to go online to see if they set the max occupancy online and have the same $50/extra person set online. Thanks.
