No reply emails received
I mailed them September 19 and got automated email reply. I did not hear anything else from them.
On Oct 4, calling LANPASS hotline, they said they replied Sep 27. I double-checked my account incl. SPAM folders but Nothing. Then they said they will re-send. Still nothing received.
Today I called again, gave them another email address. They again said they will send to both addresses. But still no reply after 1h.
Do they have issues with their email system or what may be going on? Any ideas?
