Sortof. You get the 6 per dollar for flying (assuming booked online) and then a separate 1 per dollar on the CC and another 1 per dollar bonus for spend at JetBlue with the card. At the end of the day it is 8 but the math behind it (and the timing of how it posts) is a bit more convoluted.
