I sadly think they are quite a way's off from offering all of these.
None of those items would necessarily prevent WS from joining OW, especially if AA and BA want them in.
The lack of J would not present a problem. Most, if not all , intra-EU flights have no US-style J seats.
As far as lounges are concerned, OW airlines often use contracted lounges in various destinations so I don't see why Canada would be any different.
Their current FFP, as sad as it is, can be modified to a standard program. I suspect that would happen with the assistance of the sponsor.
