Unlocked phone under $375 better than iphone 3GS?
I'm looking for an phone that I can use in the US and Europe, unlocked, no contract. I'd use it with prepaid SIMs.

The iphone 3GS at $375 seems reasonable for what I want. Can I do better at approximately that price?
