In June, I was denied by the reconsideration people 3 times, all times offering to shift/close limits, before the 4th nice lady closed my other card and approved me, then I had to wait another 4 weeks before the application "finished processing" and I got my card. Whole process took a month, got my 50k but missed the 100k bump as a result of the long process.
