I'm flat out surprised about your NYP comments. How do you know what track to board on, and how do you get there anyway without encountering a long line, no matter what? From my limited experience, jumping the line was never a viable option anywhere. And why would you advocate such chaos? It only works for you if you're the only selfish person. If we all do it, then we're still stuck in the same bind, or worse.

There are monitors, and the announcements can be heard. There are clealy marked stairways, there are no crowds at the stairwell in that area, making a calmer boarding experience. Where is the selfish aspect of any of that? They are selfish bc they didn't give the ticket agent the oppty to look at yet another ticket? Is that it?
Oh, for the record in DC, i don't wait on line either. I board via the Club before the line comes through.
