These are standard domestic 757s. Best is probably row 10 window seat, has plenty of legroom. Next best is row 9, plenty of legroom but row 10 will go in and out through row 9, which you may find disturbing. Overwing exit rows have a few inches of extra legroom. Max recline on seats is about 4 inches.
To each his own. I dislike Row 9/10 and will choose 18/17 first.
