I've flown the new J 5 times now and I seem to always have problems getting the seat fully flat. I'd have to set the seat all the way upright then recline the bed, then it stops a few degrees angled and bit by bit when you spam the recline button it goes down.
Grant it I always go for 11D since I think there's way more space around the knee. Maybe somehow I'm always on the same plane haha.
Anyone have the same experience on the new seats?
I was in 11D on Sat and had the same issue with getting the seat to go completely flat. But I found that when I went to the flatest setting I actually had that awful hump in the middle of my back. (I actually think that it ends up a little declined at the max position) I just pushed it back up a small amount and found it the most comfortable.
