Toronto to SFO - which transit airports better?
has at least one transit airports, Denver, IAD .... (didn't see a direct flight to use with saver award).

Is one route better than the others?

What is "United Express/ Gojet Airlines " like? What is IAD like to travel in early Nov?

I am interested arriving in SFO by 7pm-8pm.

Any tips on SFO to Toronto ? I see a direct flight there?

What are the overnight flights (with 1 stop) are like?
