Programs: Aeroplan 35K, Alaska MVP, Marriott Titanium / Lifetime Platinum, Hertz President's Circle

Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but for Westjet to join One World, they would have to be able to offer One World Top Tier privileges -

Business Class Offerings
Dedicated Lounges (under their control)
Frequent Flyer program.

I sadly think they are quite a way's off from offering all of these.
