None of the inexpensive day passes in Tokyo are valid past the boundaries of the Tokyo subway system (or, in the case of the JR day pass, Tokyo proper) and most of them don't even work for getting to HND.
The only day pass that includes HND (that I know of) is the Y1,300 Tokyo Metro/Keikyu pass which can be bought at HND. It includes a one-way ticket from HND to Sengakuji (Keikyu line), and a one-day pass for all of the metro and Toei lines.
The closest you could get to NRT while staying on the subway would be Nishi-Funabashi, at the end of the Tozai Line. The ride from there to NRT is 850 yen. Oshiage has direct Keisei trains to NRT for 950 yen.
However, if your flight leaves early from NRT, I'd suggest spending the night out there. It will be a long ride from Tokyo if you are taking the cheap train.
