I used to fly Westjet almost exclusively when travelling domestically within Canada, great airline. My new job keeps me travelling between Canada and Europe most of the time. Being from Atlantic Canada it was almost a certainty I would have to start flying Air Canada (I now find myself an "AC Elite").

I would switch to Oneworld in a heartbeat if Westjet was to join that alliance. I see the occasional posts about codeshares and route sharing, but does anyone have any insight on whether this is even a remote posibility. If I could fly Westjet to Toronto or New York and catch a AA or BA flight to Amstersdam I would be a happy boy!
