So can we assume that basically even if you do not receive the cert in time via email, the rep should be able to see if your account has the cert available or not.
Since the cert does not need to be presented to the hotel, as long as the PCR rep can see you have the cert or not, the arrival of the email may not be as critical as we have previously thought?
