Last time I was in YOW (Few weeks ago), three agents were sitting down, 1 of them was supposedly doing the computer scans, but all three were more worried about their shift hours, then someone said something about someone at sometime, gossip, gossip, gossip. I'm serious. I stood there for five minutes while my bag sat in the x-ray machine, and no one cared, they just cared about themselves and whatever petty personal crap was going on. Held up the entire line. It was ridiculous.

YEG seem to have some pretty good staff (or maybe they just recognize me), but at least they smile once in a while.
